Our UK International office in Aylesbury is looking for three new, part-time volunteers:

Part time – Member Care Co-ordinator 

As Member Care Co-ordinator you would assist in the on-going recruitment, equipping and care of all personnel, both in the UK and oversees,  for effective and sustainable life, ministry and work.  Ensuring we have ‘healthy staff’ and therefore a ‘healthy organisation’.

Member Care involves treating enquirers, personnel and their families with love, care and respect. It involves consideration of their physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs, throughout their term of service, so that they can find their role fulfilling and be effective in it.

Part time PA to Nicola Neal – CEO 

As PA, your role would be to ensure that the CEO has excellent administrative support.  You will need to have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in this dynamic and ever-evolving environment, and to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Duties will include: organising of meetings, time/diary management, organising correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited supervision, co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements, assisting with organising events etc.

You will need to have good inter-personal and communication skills cross-culturally and with people from different backgrounds.

Excellent IT skills, including use of ICT packages i.e. Word, Excel, Power point, Dropbox etc. Good knowledge of database systems and processes, strong interpersonal skills with an approachable personality and the ability to deal with difficult and sensitive situations.

Part time – General Administrator 

As part of the administration team you would help to provide support to the CEO and the International Office Team, assisting in all administration processes within Revelation Life in the following areas:  office co-ordination, finance and legal,  marketing, media and communications, human resources and member care.

This would involve word processing, letter writing, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, scheduling and attending meetings etc.

You would need to be confident in using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel etc.
