Slum Relocation / Children’s Village

An hour’s drive from the office away from Kampala is a plot of land at the top of a hill overlooking the breathtaking landscape of Uganda. It is here that plans are being drawn up for Revelation Life to build their own Children’s Village. Many children living in the slums are abused, neglected, or orphaned. Although our primary goal is to restore families, this is not always the best option for the children.

The Children’s Village will give children who have known only pain a place where they can experience love and be raised in a family. We will have families from the slums move out of the cramped darkness of slum life and into a simple African style house on the land. They will then take in other orphan children and raise them as their own. We believe as hurting children experience the love of a family, they will be radically changed and released to impact their nation and all of Africa!
